Jo is a Professor of Psychological Trauma & Workplace Mental Health, UCL Division of Psychiatry and Consultant Clinical Psychologist to UK Government at UCL. She has worked across academia, healthcare, the emergency services and over 20 years in the NHS and additionally UK government. Her clinical and research work centres on trauma, PTSD and particularly the mental health and wellbeing of staff working in high-risk occupational roles.
