You only pay for what you need
Our ethos and commitment is solely about addressing the ‘sharp end’ of psychological, clinical need. We do not offer our services around issues encountered or practiced outside the working environment including issues of Alcohol & Substance Abuse, financial worries, Marital & Relationship issues, or other similar concerns, these are not trauma, although some may be related. With an EAP, you will pay for these and other elements that are unlikely to be presented to an employer, for many reasons, some obvious.
CARS only addresses the area of trauma based mental harm, consequentially, we are specialists in its treatment.
We are here for your organisation, when your intervention is voluntary or *mandatory and the care quality, most crucial. Delivered promptly, professionally and by experts who understand the demands that must be met.
‘The legal threshold for a corporate Duty of Care is met, if mental or physical harm can be *‘foreseen’!
*Lord Atkin, Donoghue v Stevenson [1932]
Allow us to meet that commitment for you.
If you hold just one defibrillator, that unit qualifies you for CARS complete Critical Incident Support Program, at a set and subsidised monthly subscription fee. The cover is attached to each AED and those staff that the individual unit serves, irrespective of the number of employees. CARS offers savings designed to reward AED ownership, typically between 50% to 80% less than UK EAPs and unlike many, is *100% tax deductible. One might argue, the other ‘Critical Incident/Impact Events’ we cover, come free.
*Please seek your tax advisors advice.
